Cleaning method:
1. Generally choose backwashing on the production line: first close the original liquid and filter liquid pipeline switch, rinse with bacteria-free water, input from the original outlet, discharge from the inlet or the lower discharge hole of the filter, and the backwash should be under pressure but not too Large, usually around 5 kg.
2. Remove the stainless steel folding filter and put it in the cleaning solution for cleaning. Soak it in repeated cleaning.
Cleaning fluids are generally available:
A. sodium hydroxide, 0.1N NaOH
B. 1-2% citric acid water flux or 0.1 N oxalic acid solvent, 0.1 N hydrochloric acid solvent.
C. Enzyme solvent and other solvents are generally best controlled at temperatures between 30 and 40 degrees.
Precautions during cleaning: The high-protein content of the filtered raw liquid, such as draft beer, nutrient solution, etc., must be disinfected after the filter element is cleaned to prevent the high temperature of the protein from clogging the membrane pores.
Installation method:
1. When installing the insert filter, the O-ring should be wetted in the clean parallel filtrate to reduce the friction during insertion. It is required to insert the bottom to ensure that the two O-rings are sealed.
2. When installing the snap-in filter element, it is necessary to rotate the positioning clockwise.
3. If the filter has a pressure plate, press the pressure plate on the rocker and gently press the spring on the pressure plate. If the spring is too tight, the filter element will have distortion and affect the filtration accuracy.
4. When filtering the liquid, first open the exhaust switch on the outer casing, empty the gas in the filter cartridge, and let the liquid fill the filter cartridge, otherwise it will affect the flow.
5. The fluid filter will have a pressure drop due to the resistance. In order to overcome the resistance, there must be enough working pressure. In order not to cause the filter element to be subjected to a large flow, the valve should be slow.
