Description:

The Pipeline Filter PHA060 is installed in the hydraulic system pressure line to filter out solid particles and colloidal substances in the working medium, effectively controlling the pollution degree of the working medium. The differential pressure transmitter and bypass valve can be assembled according to your needs.

The filter element is made of non-woven fabric, glass fiber, cotton pulp filter paper, stainless steel sintered felt and stainless steel metal mesh. The upper and lower casings are all made of aluminum forgings, which are small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, beautiful in appearance and reliable in performance.

Application field:

1. Metallurgy: used for filtration of hydraulic systems of rolling mills and continuous casting machines and filtration of various lubrication equipment.

2. Petrochemical: Separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in refining and chemical production processes, and oilfield injection of well water and natural gas in addition to particle filtration.

3. Textile: Purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in the drawing process, protection and filtration of air compressor, degreasing and dehydration of compressed gas.

Method:

manual control:

Rotate the manual/automatic selector switch to the manual position. See Figure 8. The motor and hydraulic control valve are energized and the hydraulic control valve opens to begin draining. The selector switch is rotated to the automatic position to enter the automatic state.

The manual control state is a means to check whether the motor and the hydraulic control valve can work normally. If the manual control state is not normal, the automatic control state will not work normally.

automatic control:

Rotate the manual/automatic selector switch to the automatic position, first set the filter time and the blowdown time timer. The lower row of digital tubes of the timer displays the set value, and the upper row of digital tubes displays the timing value.
