The most commonly used method for cleaning filter cartridges is blowback.
Apply a high-pressure reverse airflow opposite to the filtering direction to the filter element through a set of gas supply equipment (anti blowing device), in order to remove dust and other attachments attached to the surface of the filter element from the filter element; In addition, existing technologies also include mechanical damage to the attachments on the filter element through a scraping mechanism that can move relative to the filter element, or high-pressure jet cleaning of the attachments on the filter element through a nozzle directly facing the filter element.
1. Close the inlet ball valve on the three-way valve, open the clean water faucet to drain the remaining water inside the machine; Rotate the main filter element horizontally (inward) by about 90 degrees and remove it downwards.
2. After using the faucet water purifier for a period of time (usually 1-2 weeks), the water output will decrease. When it is too small to affect normal use, unscrew the filter element from the water purifier housing and clean it with sandpaper or scouring cloth (no other cleaning agents are needed). Brush and wash until the new surface is exposed.
3. Open the new filter cartridge packaging, remove the filter nozzle cover, align it vertically with the machine head and insert it upwards. Rotate it horizontally (outward) by about 90 degrees and tighten it. Gently shake the main core to ensure safety and prevent water leakage.
