1, Relatively high production costs
The price of an efficient gas filter largely depends on the production cost, and undoubtedly, the production cost of an efficient gas filter will be higher.
(1)The price of raw materials is high. The performance requirements of high-efficiency gas filters are relatively high. To achieve such performance, the quality of raw materials must also be relatively high, and the price of high-quality raw materials is usually relatively high, which leads to an increase in the price of high-efficiency air filters.
(2)High production environment requirements. The production environment requirements for high-efficiency gas filters are relatively high. Generally, the production equipment environment needs to be in a very clean and dust-free space. If the production environment is not clean enough, it may lead to poor quality of the produced high-efficiency gas filters or irreparable problems, resulting in scrapping after a short period of use.
(3) High packaging requirements for factory inspection. After the production of high-efficiency gas filters is completed, if they want to leave the factory smoothly, they need to be tested. The process of testing high-efficiency air filters is actually very complex, and the requirements are relatively high. At this time, more manpower and time costs are required, which leads to the price of high-efficiency air filters being higher than other types of filters.
2, More efficient performance of devices
Of course, the performance of the equipment itself will also directly affect the price to a certain extent. From the perspective of the performance of high-efficiency gas filters, compared to other medium and initial efficiency filters, high-efficiency gas filters have higher operating efficiency and filtration accuracy, and can complete more difficult filtration work, which leads to a higher price for high-efficiency gas filters.
