Disinfection method of High Flow Pall Water Filter in work
Before using the large flow water filter element, please disinfect it with steam first. The disinfection can be divided into two types: Disinfection in the steam disinfection cabinet and on-line disinfection.
① Disinfection in disinfection cabinet:
Remove the large flow water filter element from the plastic bag and put it in the disinfection cabinet for half an hour at 121 ℃.
② Online disinfection:
Install the High Flow Pall Water Filter in the filter according to the correct method (the distance between the fixed plate and the large flow water filter element is 0.5mm) and steam for half an hour.
Installation method of High Flow Pall Water Filter:
1. Wet the O-ring and insert the large flow water filter element straightly;
2. Do not tighten the large flow water filter element too tightly;
3. Avoid direct contact with large flow water filter element by hand;
4. Wash the large flow water filter element as much as possible before use.
