Unqualified product quality: The manufacturer, in order to save costs or due to their own technical deficiencies, has serious quality problems with the oil and gas separation filter cartridges produced, or has not set the shape of the filter cartridge bottom cover according to the actual situation, which may also cause oil leakage during equipment operation.
4. Improper winding layers of fiberglass filter layer: Improper winding layers of fiberglass filter layer are also one of the reasons for oil leakage. When the number of layers is too small, it will reduce the effectiveness of separating oil droplets; If there are too many winding layers, it will cause an increase in the initial pressure difference.
In practical operation, the following methods can be used to avoid the occurrence of some problems:
1. Weld the bottom cover and the inner and outer skeleton together.
2. The accumulation of static electricity is alleviated because the filter element has formed an insulation state inside. Therefore, to solve this situation, several randomly distributed staples can be nailed inside to achieve the purpose of dissipating static electricity.
3. Enhance safety awareness and strengthen vigilance. The occurrence of accidents is mostly caused by the negligence of staff. Therefore, strengthen the safety awareness of staff, be vigilant at all times in actual work, take safety precautions, conduct timely inspections, and nip safety hazards in the bud.
