1. Blockage problem: The wire wound filter element is easily clogged by impurities during use, resulting in a decrease in filtration efficiency. After blockage, the filter element cannot be cleaned and needs to be replaced with a new one.
2. Temperature resistance limit: The temperature resistance of the wire wound filter element is limited. Generally, the temperature resistance of the polypropylene material filter element cannot exceed 70 ° C, and exceeding this temperature may cause damage to the filter element.
3. Cleaning difficulty: When filtering certain special liquids (such as acidic and alkaline liquids, inks, drugs, chemical raw materials, etc.), the wire wound filter element may adhere to the filter element, making it difficult to clean, and even unable to be cleaned with water. Only corresponding liquids or solvents can be used, which will increase costs and efficiency issues

1. Regular inspection: visually inspect the output size of the filtration equipment. When the output flow is slow, the filter element should be removed for cleaning.
2. Cleaning method: After removing the filter element, rinse it with high-pressure water from the inside until the water is clear. If the surface of the filter element is particularly dirty, it can be soaked in a 10% hydrochloric acid or 30% dilute sulfuric acid solution for 3-4 hours, then washed with clean water and dried
