Custom Made PP Melt Blown Filter Elements are manufactured of polypropylene complying with FDA, free of binder, surfactant and adhesive, accompanied by broad chemical compatibility. PP melt blown filter elements are robust and each high-efficiency polypropylene melt blown depth filter has an internal polypropylene core for added strength. How To Replace

1. After receiving the instruction to replace the melt blown filter element, confirm that the system has stopped running.
2. Prepare suitable PP melt blown filter cartridges (specifications, materials, dimensions, sealing gaskets, models, etc.) and disassembly tools.
3. Clean the filter housing, clean the surrounding filter elements, and use protective equipment to stay in the operating area.
When the system is interrupted, it is necessary to replace the filter of the PP melt blown filter element. Slowly open the top vent of the filter to release pressure. Pay attention to safety during the production process and prevent materials or liquids from splashing;
5. Empty the material inside the filter element, use a tool to open the filter cover, remove the fat melt blown filter element, and place the filter element in a plastic bag for cleaning or disposal.
6. Use cleaning tools and cloth to clean the inside of the filter, and install a clean filter element.
7. Open the plastic bag at the open end of the filter and check if the sealing gasket is intact and in place.
8. Install materials flowing in from inside and outside the filter element.
9. Use a suitable wetting agent (such as water) to wet the sealing gasket and socket seat of the filter. Place one end of the filter element close to the sealing gasket, vertically and completely insert it into the outlet filter socket seat. Insert the filter element and filter bag packaging, and use tools to install the filter cover and tighten the filter.
10. Close the discharge port of the filter, open the exhaust valve at the top of the housing, slightly open the intake valve to allow the material to enter the housing until the liquid overflows from the exhaust valve at the top of the housing. At this point, close the exhaust valve and carefully inspect the disassembly position for any leaks.
11. Slowly open the outlet valve of the filter until it is fully opened.
12. Remove the tools to be replaced and cleaning tools. Clean up the perimeter.
