On October 31st, in order to achieve its performance goals for 2024 and to motivate everyone, Huahang Filter held a performance sprint event called "Overcoming Difficulties, Winning the Battle and Closing the Chapter". In the event, everyone united as one through a series of activities and welcomed this adjustment with a positive attitude.
At the beginning of the event, everyone engaged in three rounds of game PK. The first game requires each team member to be divided into two groups, and everyone will use one foot to transport the pole to the opposite side. The completion of this game cannot be separated from everyone. Everyone needs to constantly monitor the progress of the team, not just consider themselves. As long as one person runs fast, the people behind may not be able to keep up.
The second game requires everyone to use each piece of paper as a "brick", with the person in front paving the way for the person behind. This game not only tests everyone's coordination, but also their ability to collaborate.
The third game is to surround everyone with rolled up newspapers and overcome numerous obstacles. During the process, the newspaper cannot be torn apart, which requires everyone to stick closely together and constantly monitor the progress of the team.
Through these games, everyone started their sprint in November with a happy mood. I believe everyone can unite and work together towards a common goal!
