(3) Fire prevention and explosion relief measures
When designing a combustible gas pipeline, the lowest flow velocity in the tube is greater than the flame propagating velocity in order to prevent the flame from spreading, and a resistance firearm with several layers of metal mesh or gravel is arranged on the pipe, and a vent or vent door is installed in the local location (dead corner) of the piping system; The connection water seal and overflow water seal used in the gas pipeline can also play a certain role in discharging the explosion.
(4) Airtight equipment
When the dust remover pipe and the equipment is airtight, it may be caused by air leakage or flammable material leakage and combustion explosion. Therefore, the tightness of the equipment system must be ensured.
(5) Ventilation of plant
It is impossible to require the piping system to be absolutely airtight, so the ventilation of the plant must be strengthened to ensure that the combustible concentration in the workshop does not reach the dangerous level. Furthermore, a workshop that emits a large amount of combustible gas in the event of an accidental accident or malfunction of the system. Accident ventilation system should be set up in case of urgent use.
Dust remover is an important part of the working conditions of each unit, dust collector efficiency and service life directly affect the efficiency and image of the enterprise, whether the precipitator can maintain long-term, efficient and stable operation, and prolong its service life, daily maintenance and maintenance is very important.
(1) Management personnel should be familiar with the principle, performance, use conditions of the dust remover, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.
(2) Reducer, ash conveying equipment and other mechanical parts should be in accordance with the provisions of oil injection and oil change, found that abnormal phenomenon should be promptly removed.
(3) Gas storage tank, gas source triple parts of the oil-water separator should be discharged once per class, at the same time the oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3-6 months, oil mist should always check the oil storage situation, timely refueling.
(4) electromagnetic pulse valve such as failure, should be promptly excluded, such as internal impurities, moisture, should be cleaned, such as diaphragm damage should be replaced in a timely manner.
(5) The timing pulse control instrument should be used to determine periodically whether the clear ash period is accurate or not, otherwise it should be adjusted. Using the constant resistance type pulse controller, it should check the working condition of the pressure switch regularly, whether the pressure port is blocked, and clean up.
(6) regularly determine the process parameters, such as the amount of flue gas, temperature, concentration and so on, found anomalies, should find the cause and timely treatment.
(7) When turning on, should first connect compressed air to the gas storage tank, connect the control power, start the ash discharging device, if there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be started first.
