What Is PTFE Filter Element:
PTFE filter cartridges have excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals, and mechanical stresses. It can withstand various corrosive and hazardous environments, making it an ideal choice for high-risk applications. This material also has self-cleaning function, which helps reduce maintenance costs and extend the service life of the filter.
Features:
Hydrophobicity: Used for gas filtration from large to sterile, high flux, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, wide chemical applicability, suitable for fermentation tanks, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, compressed air. When used for gas filtration, it can achieve 100% retention of various bacteriophages, bacteria, and particles above 0.02um.
Hydrophilicity: Used for liquid filtration to achieve sterility, with wide chemical applicability, resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and high ozone intensity.
Hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene filter cartridge, with a filtration medium of hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane: strong hydrophobicity, high retention rate, good chemical resistance and thermal stability, good strength, and resistance to forward and reverse pressure shocks.
