Sintered felt and sintered mesh filter elements are two common types of filter elements, which have obvious differences in appearance and structure and can be distinguished through the following aspects:

1. Appearance: The sintered felt filter element has a soft felt like structure, similar to a thick fiber blanket. The sintered mesh filter element is a mesh structure made of metal or plastic wire, similar to a mesh.

2. Material: Sintered felt filter elements are usually made of fiber materials, while sintered mesh filter elements are made of metal wire (such as stainless steel) or plastic wire.

3. Structure: Sintered felt filter elements usually have a thick filter layer, and their fibers are interwoven through the sintering process to form an integrated structure. The sintered mesh filter element is a mesh structure woven with metal or plastic wires, forming multiple holes.

4. Filtering accuracy: Due to the compact fiber structure of the sintered felt filter element, it has a higher filtering accuracy and can filter smaller particle sizes. The sintered filter element, on the other hand, usually has lower filtration accuracy and is mainly used for coarse filtration or pre filtration.
