Microporous filter cartridge is a new type of filtration equipment developed at home and abroad. It has the advantages of high filtration precision, fast transition speed, less adsorption, no medium falling off, acid and alkali corrosion resistance and convenient operation. Now it is widely used in medicine, chemical industry, electronics, beverage, fruit wine, biochemical water treatment, environmental protection and other industries.
The air supply pressure of the micro pore filter cylinder is generally 0.5-0.6mpa. After the locking hook is in place, the two position four-way valve should be placed in the middle position and the air inlet valve of the cylinder should be closed to prevent the locking hook from detaching. If the filtrate filtered by the microporous filter crystallizes at a certain temperature, it must be backwashed with hot water or other liquid after the filter cake is removed. If there is no hot water in the production, it can also be backwashed with cold water for a long time to discharge the residual filtrate in the capillary tube, so as to prevent crystallization when the temperature drops and burst the capillary pores in the filter medium.
For the microporous pleated filter cartridge with quick opening device at the bottom of the microporous filter, the sealing ring of the bottom cover must be cleaned before re closing the bottom cover for the next filtration. The higher working pressure difference of the microporous filter is 0.25MPa. The locking mechanism of the quick opening part of the bottom cover of the filter is mainly made up of union bolts. The air cylinder and hook head play the role of auxiliary switch bottom cover. Before filtering, the union bolts must be locked before operation.
