Introduction：

LYC-B50 high-precision oil filter is divided according to the structure of the oil filter. The oil filter is made up of gear pump, filter, safety valve, oil return valve, liquid discharge nozzle, filter bed, front bracket, Rear bracket, chassis, tie rod, coupling and motor.

working principle:

The LYC-B50 high-precision oil filter is sucked from the oil inlet of the filter by the filter oil. After removing the large impurities through the filter, it enters the gear pump. The gear is driven by the motor through the coupling to rotate the oil into the filter bed, and the impurities in the oil are filtered through the oil filter paper. Due to the capillary action of the oil filter paper, the residual moisture in the oil can be absorbed. The function of the safety valve is to control the pressure of the piping system when the oil pressure is no longer rising to ensure safe operation of the equipment. The oil return valve draws the residual oil in the oil pan into the filter by the vacuum action of the gear pump inlet port. 

Application：

1. Filtering when the hydraulic lubrication system is refueling

2. Bypass filtration when the hydraulic lubrication system is working

3. The circulation filtration of the hydraulic lubrication system before it is put into operation

Feature：

The oil filter includes a special gear pump driven by a motor, which has the characteristics of low noise, strong self-priming ability and stable operation.

The suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and extends the life of the main filter. The fine filter can select different precision according to different needs of users to achieve the desired result.

Replace filter element：

The oil filter housing has a quick-opening structure, and the upper cover can be quickly and quickly opened and the filter cartridge can be replaced with a simple tool.
