The stainless steel filter housing is a high-quality filtration system with different sizes to choose from, making it suitable for small, medium, and large operations. Filters are easy to install, operate, and maintain, making them an economical and efficient solution for industrial filtration operations.
Working Principle:
During work, the water to be filtered enters through the water inlet, flows through the filter, and enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for process circulation. The particles and acrobatics in the water are trapped inside the filter. In such a continuous cycle, more and more particles are intercepted, and the filtration speed is getting slower and slower. However, the imported sewage continues to enter continuously, and the filter hole will become smaller and smaller, resulting in a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the large difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller. The controller starts driving the motor to drive the shaft to rotate through the transmission component, and at the same time, the sewage outlet opens and is discharged from the sewage outlet. After the filter is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to the minimum value, and the system returns to the initial filtering state. The system operates normally.
Features:
1. The filtration equipment adopts a patented internal mechanical structure, achieving a true high-pressure backwash function. It can easily and thoroughly remove impurities intercepted by the filter, clean without dead corners, and ensure no flux attenuation, ensuring filtration efficiency and long-term service life.
2. The stainless steel filter adopts 304 and 316L stainless steel wedge-shaped filters, which have high strength, accuracy, corrosion resistance, and a maximum filtration accuracy of 25 microns.
3. Stainless steel filters achieve automatic backwashing through their own retrieval and strain functions, which can cope with unstable water quality fluctuations without the need for manual intervention.
4. Stainless steel filters have fewer vulnerable parts, no consumables, low operating and maintenance costs, and simple operation and management.
5. The stainless steel filter operates accurately and can flexibly adjust the backwash pressure difference time and time setting value according to different water sources and filtration accuracy.
6. During the backwashing process of stainless steel filters, each filter screen (group) undergoes backwashing operation in sequence; Ensure that the filter is cleaned safely and efficiently, while other filters are not affected, and continue filtering.
7. The stainless steel filter adopts a pneumatic drain valve, which has a short backwash time, low backwash water consumption, and is environmentally friendly and economical.
8. The stainless steel filter has a compact and reasonable structural design, with a small footprint and flexible and convenient installation and movement.
