The equipment orientation of the HYDAC oil filter in the hydraulic system is usually the following:
(1) It should be installed at the suction port of the pump: the pump oil suction line usually has a surface type oil filter, which is intended to filter out large impurity particles to maintain the hydraulic pump. In addition, the filter function of the oil filter should be the pump. More than twice the flow rate, the pressure is less than 0.02MPa.
(2) Equipment is on the pump's outlet oil line: The purpose of the equipment oil filter here is to filter out contaminants that may invade components such as valves. The filtration accuracy should be 10~15μm, and it can accept the working pressure and impact pressure on the oil circuit, and the pressure drop should be less than 0.35MPa. Together with the equipment safety valve to prevent the oil filter from clogging.
(3) The equipment is on the oil return road of the system: this equipment has a direct filtering effect. Usually connected to the filter - back pressure valve, when the filter blockage reaches a certain pressure value, the back pressure valve opens.
(4) The equipment is on the branch road of the system.
Separate filtration system: Large hydraulic system can be equipped with a hydraulic pump and oil filter to form an independent filtration circuit.
