Air filter cartridge classification:
Common filter materials for air filter cartridges include ordinary polyester non-woven fabric, coated polyester non-woven fabric, anti-static polyester non-woven fabric, oil and water resistant polyester non-woven fabric, and wood pulp fiber filter paper.
(1). Ordinary polyester non-woven fabric
Made of polyester fiber material, the filtration accuracy is generally above 5 microns, and the application range is: powder spraying, sandblasting operations, filtration in industries such as pigments, wood, cement, etc.
(2). Coated polyester non-woven fabric
Using imported PTFE coated polyester filter material, this material is used to make filter cartridges with a long service life, high filtration accuracy, and easier reverse blowing and cleaning. Under normal operating conditions, it can last for 1-2 years. Scope of application: filtration in industries such as welding dust, shot peening casting, pharmaceuticals, cement, tobacco, textile industry, etc.
(3.) Anti static polyester non-woven fabric
Anti static polyester non-woven fabric is a thin conductive and breathable metal aluminum layer covering the surface of the filter material to prevent static electricity from igniting. It is suitable for metal dust filtration and dust removal under explosion-proof conditions.
(4). Oil resistant and waterproof polyester non-woven fabric
Anti oil, waterproof, and dustproof treatment involves covering the filter material fibers with a layer of fluororesin to provide anti oil, water, and anti fouling properties. Dust is less likely to adhere, and back blowing is easier to clean. Suitable for damp or greasy dust with high dust concentration, and can also be used to dry large particle size dust, achieving better results.
