Cleaning method for stainless steel filter element：

1.Manual cleaning. Remove the stainless steel filter element from the filter, soak it in clean water for 20-30 minutes, gently brush the filter element with a brush, being careful not to damage it. Thoroughly rinse the filter element with clean water to ensure that all detergents and impurities are removed, dry the filter element with a soft towel, and then put it back into the filter.

2.Chemical cleaning. Remove the stainless steel filter element from the filter, soak it in a professional chemical cleaning agent, follow the instructions, thoroughly clean the filter element with clean water after soaking, ensure that all cleaning agents are rinsed clean, dry the filter element with a soft towel, and then put it back into the filter.

3.Ultrasonic cleaning method. The small vacuum bubble generated by ultrasound explodes in the cleaning solution, relying on the generated impact force to flush the stainless steel filter element.

4.Reverse water cleaning method (backwash method). Use inert gas (such as nitrogen) or liquid to backwash the stainless steel filter element in the opposite direction to peel off and remove impurities adhering to the surface of the filter element.

5.Solution cleaning method. Soak the stainless steel filter element in 5% sodium hydroxide solution or nitric acid solution for 1 hour, adjust the soaking time according to the degree of contamination, and then blow dry the filter element with clean air.
