working principle
During operation, contaminated natural gas flows radially from the outer mesh to the inner core of the filter cartridge under system pressure. The outer coarse fiber layer first intercepts large solid impurities such as pipeline rust, dust and welding debris to prevent early blockage. The middle gradient fiberglass layer captures fine solid particles and adsorbs scattered oil mist and tiny water aerosols suspended in the gas flow. The inner dense coalescing layer gathers micro liquid droplets into large molecular liquid beads. After aggregation, the liquid oil and water falls down by gravity and is separated from the gas phase, finally outputting clean, dry and impurity-free natural gas.
