Engine working process, the metal was debris, dust, high temperature oxidation of carbon and colloidal sediment, water constantly mixed with lubricants. Oil filter serves to filter out the impurities and gel lubricants clean, extend its shelf life. Oil filter should have a filtration ability, small flow resistance, long service life and performance.
General lubrication system loaded with several different filter sets of filters--filter, coarse filter and fine filter main oil in parallel or in series, respectively. (Series with main oil full-flow filter, engine oil all the filters filters; with parallel-flow filter). Coarse filters in series in the main oil, for full-flow; fine filter in parallel with the main oil, for the split. On a modern car engine generally has only set filter and a full-flow oil filter. Coarse filters remove particle size for more than 0.05mm of impurity in oil, fine filter is used to filter the size of small impurities above 0.001mm.
