Characteristics of Fiberglass Sintered Filter Cartridge:
1. High filtration efficiency: It can achieve a filtration efficiency of over 95% for fine dust particles of 0.1 μ m and above, and can achieve near zero emissions.
2. Low operating resistance: Fiberglass sintered filter element itself has characteristics such as non stick dust, hydrophobicity, and stable chemical properties, so it has excellent dust stripping performance, especially for dust with strong moisture absorption and easy bonding and hardening.
3. Long term use temperature of 260 ℃, short-term and instantaneous temperature can reach 300 ℃ (flame retardant type has higher temperature resistance), and the heat shrinkage rate is less than 0.5%.
4. Good thermal stability: The thermal shrinkage rate at 300 ℃ is less than 0.5%, which determines its safety for use at high temperatures.
5. Size range: Φ 10-600mm, H10-1200mm.
