1. Constituent features

This structure is very reliable in controlling filtration accuracy.
The fine fiber layer inside the melt blown filter element and the coarse fiber layer outside form a double-layer fiber structure, effectively reducing pressure loss and ensuring stable filtration efficiency. The pore size distribution of PP filter element is gradient along the diameter direction. During filtration, the larger part of the pore size can accommodate more particle impurities, ensuring that the filter element will not be blocked quickly and has good shape rigidity; The smaller part of the aperture can block small particles and ensure filtration accuracy, which can avoid the drawbacks of fast clogging and short lifespan of the filter element. It can also reduce filtration resistance, reduce equipment energy consumption, and extend the service life of the filter element.
