The maintenance method of hydraulic oil filter element is as follows:
1. Remove the original hydraulic oil before changing. Check the oil return filter, oil absorption filter and pilot filter to see if there are iron scraps, copper scraps or other impurities. In some cases, there may be hydraulic component failure. After overhaul and removal, clean the system.
2. When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (return oil filter element, oil absorption filter element, pilot filter element) should be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to no replacement.
3. Identify the label of hydraulic oil. If different labels and brands of hydraulic oil are not mixed, they may react and deteriorate to produce flocculent substances. It is recommended to use the specified oil of the excavator.
4. Before refueling, the oil-absorbing filter element must be installed. The nozzle covered by the oil-absorbing filter element directly leads to the main pump. If impurities are added lightly, the wear of the main pump will be accelerated and the pump will be pumped heavily.
5. Refueling to the standard position, there are generally oil level gauges on the hydraulic tank. Look at the level gauge. Pay attention to the parking mode, generally all cylinders are retrieved, that is, the arm, bucket fully extended and landed.
6. After filling up, pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air, otherwise the light is temporarily no movement of the whole car, the main pump abnormal sound (air sonic explosion), and the heavy is cavitation damage to the main pump. The air exhaust method is to loosen the pipe joint directly at the top of the main pump and fill it directly.
