The working principle of magnetic filter:
The magnetic component is inserted into the medium by using a strong magnetic component, and the ferromagnetic particles in the medium are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic rod to remove the ferromagnetic particles in the medium to protect the magnetic pump; the magnetic filter enters the filter through the main pipe. After the net, the solid foreign particles are blocked in the sieve. When the medium contains fine iron scraps, it is adsorbed on the magnetic rod sleeve, and the clean fluid passes through the filter and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, remove the filter and clean it and reload it.
The magnetic filter product features:

The magnetic filter structure type:
Divided into two types: entrance type and exit type
Inlet type: installed at the inlet of the pump, the volume is the same as that of the ordinary filter. If the filter is installed, the function of the ordinary filter can be achieved. The outlet type: installed at the outlet of the pump, the volume is small. The medium with high pressure and small flow rate is magnetically filtered and then injected into the pump to take away the heat generated by the pump and lubricate the sliding bearing.
Magnetic filter installation precautions
The installation of the magnetic filter should be carried out according to the flow direction and recommended installation method, installation requirements, etc. as shown in the product samples and installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
The upstream and downstream of the magnetic filter can be equipped with a differential pressure gauge or a pressure gauge according to the needs of the process to determine the blockage, and the backflushing pipeline should be configured according to the process requirements.
Magnetic filter maintenance notes:
It should be cleaned regularly. When cleaning, it should not be close to items such as computer floppy disks, bank IC cards, watches, etc. that are easily interfered with.
1. The magnetic rod must be placed in a clean place, and there should be no water in the magnetic rod sleeve.
2. When cleaning, the extracted magnetic bar cover should not be placed on the metal object to prevent damage to the magnetic bar.
3. Connect the interface of the magnetic filter to the liquid slurry output line to make the slurry flow evenly through the filter. After a period of trial, determine the cleaning cycle.
4. When cleaning, first loosen the clamping screw on the cover, take out the cover part, and then extract the magnetic rod. The iron impurities adsorbed on the sleeve will fall off automatically. After cleaning, install the sleeve into the cylinder first, tighten the clamping screw, and then insert the magnetic rod cover into the sleeve to continue using.
