2. When the precise filter works for a period of time, the filter element carries a certain amount of impurities. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in time.
The impurities in the filter should be cleaned at the same time.
1. When removing impurities, special attention should be paid to the precision filter element, which should not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the purity of filtered media can not meet the design requirements.
2. Some precision filter elements can not be used repeatedly, such as bag filter, polypropylene filter, etc.
3. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
