Boiler system

The main processes are: chemical wastewater → wastewater storage tank → oxidation tank → reaction tank → pH adjustment tank → Mixing tank → agglomeration clarification tank → Clean water tank (water quality monitoring) → Coal ash water system. The mud at the bottom of the clarification tank is concentrated by the concentration tank and sent to the sludge dewatering machine for dehydration. The mud cake is transported to the dry ash yard for storage by the automobile. The clean water is returned to the wastewater storage tank. A large number of water filters, such as wire wound filters and melt blown filters, are used in the process.
2. Turbine: The main principle is to use the boiler steam to push the impeller to drive the generator to generate electricity. It is mainly a large-scale mechanical energy conversion equipment. The filter is mainly used for hydraulic oil filter and lubricating oil filter. The steam after use of the steam turbine is cooled by a condenser to form liquid water discharged into the water circulation system. Turbine often uses turbine oil, which is also the name of a hydraulic oil. The machines that perform energy conversion in power plants can be called turbines, all using turbine oil.
3. Generator: Generate electricity using magnetic induction theory. The generator mainly uses a lubricating oil filter, and the filter accuracy is quite high.
The power plant is a huge system, and a small internal system is complicated. The filters used involve oil filtration, air filtration, water filtration, and the amount of use is quite large. The use of power plant filter elements will encounter non-standard parts, and on-site mapping is required to determine the model and size.
