1, Wet non-woven fabric

Wet process non-woven fabric, also known as spunlace non-woven fabric, is a commonly used production method. The production process mainly includes the following steps: mixing various fiber raw materials and adding them to water, stirring to form a mixed slurry; Spray the mixed slurry onto the grid belt and squeeze it through high-pressure water flow and high temperature to entangle the fibers and form a cloth surface; After washing, drying, shaping and other processes, it becomes non-woven fabric.

The advantages of wet non-woven fabric lie in its high degree of fiber interweaving, high strength, soft hand feel, good breathability, and strong water absorption. Therefore, it is widely used in fields such as medical and health care, napkins, non-woven bags, automotive interiors, and household products.

2, Dry process non-woven fabric

Dry process non-woven fabric, also known as melt blown non-woven fabric, is a new production method. The production process mainly includes the following steps: after melting polymer materials such as polypropylene, the molten liquid is sprayed out through a melting nozzle, and rapidly cooled and condensed under the action of high-speed airflow to form a fiber network; After heating, compaction, and finishing, it becomes non-woven fabric.

The advantages of dry process non-woven fabric lie in its high production efficiency, low cost, light weight, softness and comfort, waterproof and breathable characteristics. Therefore, it is widely used in fields such as medical protection, home textiles, shoe materials, packaging materials, electronic materials, etc.
