The ion exchange resin is a synthetic compound that is in the form of rice grains and has a stable physical and chemical structure. Different types of resins can be selected: weak base anion resin (to reduce the acid value of EH oil), strong acid cationic resin filter (used to remove metal ions in EH oil to increase resistivity). The weakly basic anion resin has a permanent basic functional group, can react with an acid, and has a good adsorption effect.
Ion exchange resin acid removal filter is a new generation acid removal filter produced by our company. It is used in the power industry and has achieved very good results in reducing the acid resistance of fuel oil and improving oil resistance.
2. Technical parameters
The thermal stability varies depending on the resin structure. The weak base anion resin is suitable for a temperature range of 20 to 80 ° C, and the strong acid cation is suitable for a temperature range of 20 to 100 ° C. Therefore, the oil temperature should be controlled below 80 °C.
A single filter can reduce 800L of fuel oil from 0.2mgKOH/g to 0.07mgKOH/g.
In the case of unacceptable acid value or resistivity, it is strongly recommended to continuously deliver ion resin and vacuum oil filter to obtain the best treatment effect. The design flow rate of the single ion resin filter was 1.5 L/min. For tank capacity of 600 ~ 1500L. In the case of acid value or resistivity, the ionic resin can be stopped, or it can be scheduled to be used regularly. For example, it can be arranged for 8 hours per month.
