Introduction:
The filter element will be doped with impurity particles during operation. Some of these particles are caused by friction and some are left over when cleaning the parts. Therefore, when using the filter element, it must be properly protected to maintain effective filtration efficiency.
1.Be divided into high-pressure used , medium-pressure used , return oil used and suction oil used .
2.2 - 5um for high precision, 10-15um for medium accuracy, 15-25um for low precision.
3.It is the solidity filter, increasing the filter area, the general part of the filter layer folded into corrugated, hydraulic filter pleated height is generally 20 mm or less .
4.Hydraulic filter to withstand the pressure difference is generally 0.35-0.4MPa. But for the special filter, requiring high-pressure, the highest requirements to bear 32MPa, or even 42MPa equivalent system pressure.
5.The maximum temperature, and some requirements to 135 ºC
