Filtration Principle:

Coalescer filter cartridges are usually made of multiple layers of composite fiber materials with different densities, which are specially treated to adsorb and coalesce tiny water droplets. When the oil flow containing tiny water droplets passes through these filters, the tiny water droplets are adsorbed by fibers and gradually aggregate into larger water droplets. These larger water droplets are easily separated from oil under the action of gravity, thereby achieving the purpose of dehydration. This technology is particularly suitable for processing demulsifiers and dehydration, demonstrating significant results

1. Installation direction: The natural gas coalescence filter element should be installed before the pressure regulator and must be installed according to the gas flow direction indicated on it. ‌

2. Material composition: The natural gas coalescence filter element is composed of washable synthetic materials. During installation, attention should be paid to the convenience of opening the cover for cleaning and inspection. ‌

3. Installation position: It can be installed on horizontal and vertical pipelines, but do not install the filter on an unstable foundation. ‌

4. Cleaning and maintenance: Before maintenance, after confirming that there is no gas inside the filter element, remove the filter screen, clean it with soap and water, then air dry it naturally, and reinstall it. After installation, a sealing test must be conducted. During ventilation, the instantaneous air volume should not be too large. Clean the filter element with a small amount of detergent and clean water. ‌
